Job Title Physical Therapist Location Iron River, MI | Acute Care / Outpatient Schedule / Job Type Contract | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts | 40 hours per week guaranteed Key Responsibilities Evaluate, treat, and develop individualized care plans for patients in accordance with Physical Therapy standards of practice Provide care across a mixed inpatient and outpatient setting, serving a lifespan population from pediatrics through geriatrics Treat a variety of diagnoses including orthopedic post-operative cases (TKA, THA, TSA, etc.) and outpatient neurological conditions Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR to meet regulatory and reimbursement requirements Float to outpatient clinic as needed and participate in on-call rotation; call-back minimum is 2 hours Required Qualifications Master's degree in Physical Therapy Active Michigan State Physical Therapy License required Current BLS certification through AHA or ARC required New graduates will be considered Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible Compliance with facility infection control policies, including masking requirements for those who decline flu or COVID vaccination during flu season, is mandatory Preferred Experience / Skills Prior contract or travel therapy experience Experience working in colder climate regions (Midwest, Northeast, or Mountain areas) preferred for winter start dates Strong adaptability, resilience, and ability to manage change in a dynamic clinical environment Experience with orthopedic post-operative and neurological patient populations Why Join Us Gain diverse clinical experience treating a broad patient population across both inpatient and outpatient settings in a single contract Consistent Monday–Friday schedule with generally no weekend requirements, offering a strong work-life balance during your assignment Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 775737.
