DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking a Workday Reporting Developer in Bethesda, MD.Position Summary:We are seeking a Workday Reporting Developer to develop, maintain, and enhance custom Workday reports and dashboards that support HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Business Objects, and Discovery Boards.Responsibilities:* Develop and maintain Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and custom Workday reports* Build Calculated Fields and reporting solutions based on business requirements* Create dashboards and Discovery Boards featuring key operational and business metrics* Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations teams to translate reporting needs into solutions* Troubleshoot reporting issues and ensure data accuracy and security* Support Workday releases by testing and updating reports as needed* Document reporting logic and provide guidance to end usersRequirements* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred* Workday reporting certification is a plus* 2+ years of hands-on Workday reporting experience* Strong experience with Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Business Objects* Experience building Discovery Boards and dashboards* Experience reporting across Workday HCM and/or Financial Management* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsJob TypeDirect HireCompensation100000 - $150000
