Craft Your Career With Us If You Have A results‑oriented selling background with at least 2‑year experience in a high‑performance retail environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a caring approach. Ability to charm and captivate audiences and connect with people at all levels. Business acumen and analytical thinking that delivers positive results. Mastery of time management, prioritization, and delegation. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems. Minimum 18 years of age and eligibility to work with proof of identity. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand extended periods and lift 50+ lbs.
