Job Title

PCU / Surgical Stepdown - Registered Nurse (Travel)

Sebring, FL | PCU / Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts | Every Other Weekend Rotation Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care / Stepdown unit setting
• Float to additional campuses and facilities within the region as assigned
• Care for PCU patients across various units within the hospital, including ED holding areas
• Participate in required every other weekend rotations

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Florida
• Experience in a PCU, IMC, or Stepdown clinical setting
• Ability and willingness to float to multiple campuses and units as needed
• Availability to commit to a 12-hour night shift schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Comfort working in a float pool or multi-unit environment
• Experience with ED holding or similar acuity patient populations
