The Expertise Center Market Analysis (EC MA) delivers fundamental analysis and economic research on energy markets to support trading and portfolio management.
Operating in a fast-paced trading environment, the team combines deep energy market expertise with quantitative analysis and data science to provide key insights.




The Business/Data analyst supports end users in software and data usage, both during deployment and daily operations. Helps resolve issues and facilitates change management. Serves as a bridge between IT and business teams, provides first-level support, gathers improvement needs, ensures application/data quality, and contributes to training and user guidance.




The main responsibilities are:




- Provide functional support on data applications to users
- Manage incidents and communicate with users
- Participate in gathering requirements and writing reports
- Challenge and frame business needs
- Write functional specifications for development teams
- Define test cases and perform application testing (UAT)
- Execute test cases and provide feedback to development teams
- Organize and lead training sessions on deliverables
- Write documentation (user manuals, training materials, FAQs, etc.)
