As the Threading Operations Supervisor, you guide a talented crew, keep machines humming, and uphold rigorous quality and safety expectations. Your leadership turns schedules into shipments and standards into habits.A Day in the LifeKick off the shift with a quick huddle: assign work, review priorities, and align on safety.Walk the floor to monitor equipment performance, tackle issues in real time, and remove roadblocks for the team.Coach technicians on threading techniques, reinforce best practices, and support new-hire onboarding.Inspect threaded products at key checkpoints and confirm adherence to specifications and quality criteria.Spot opportunities to streamline workflows; collaborate with management on process improvements.Capture production metrics and report progress, quality trends, and team performance.Maintain a safe, organized work area by championing established safety protocols.What You’ll BringHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional technical schooling or a threading-related certification is a plus.3+ years leading or supervising threading operations with hands-on machinery experience.Deep familiarity with threading equipment, tooling, and changeovers.Clear communicator who can train, mentor, and motivate a diverse team.Calm under pressure in a fast-moving production setting; strong multitasking and prioritization skills.Unwavering commitment to safety practices and product quality.Comfort with basic computer tools for logs, metrics, and reporting.Flexibility to work varied hours and overtime when business demands require.Technical ProficienciesTroubleshooting skills to quickly diagnose and resolve equipment or process issues.Soldering proficiency.Blueprint reading to verify requirements and coach others.LocationBaytown, TX #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
