Senior Contract Specialist

To support the Office of Acquisition Services at the CDC, the full-time Senior Contract Specialist will lead a team in delivering full-lifecycle contract performance, providing pre-award, solicitation, evaluation, and post-award support in a fully remote capacity. Key responsibilities Provide leadership to a team of contract specialists in managing full-lifecycle contract performance Assist program offices in developing acquisition strategies and conducting market research for pre-award activities Facilitate communication and evaluations during the solicitation and post-award processes, ensuring compliance and documentation accuracy Required qualifications Bachelor's degree At least seven (7) years of experience in cradle-to-grave contracting Previous ICE (Integrated Contracts Expert) experience is preferred Current or previous FAC-C Certification or civilian equivalent is required
