Job Summary Registered Nurse – CVICU (travel) position in San Antonio, Texas. Key Details Location: San Antonio, Texas Schedule: 3x12 night shifts Duration: 13 weeks Start date: ASAP Weekly estimated pay: $2056.32 – $2350.08 Employment type: Travel nurse Responsibilities Provide routine and complex care to patients in accordance with clinical protocols. Utilize the nursing process for assigned patients, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families. Administer medications and treatments, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness. Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided accurately. Assess learning needs and provide education to patients and caregivers. Qualifications Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred. One year of experience in critical care nursing preferred; new graduates considered. Current BLS certification required (AHA only).
