Lead Obstetrician/Gynecologist (Lead OB/GYN)

\n Reports To: Chief Medical Officer (CMO)
\n Location: Multi-site / Outpatient Clinic
The Lead Obstetrician/Gynecologist provides clinical leadership and comprehensive women's health services, including obstetrics, gynecology, and reproductive care. This role combines direct patient care with leadership oversight to ensure high-quality, evidence-based, culturally responsive care across all clinic sites. Lead OBGYN
\n Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership & Oversight \n- \n

Provide clinical leadership for OB/GYN services across all outpatient sites

Establish and monitor clinical protocols and best practices
\n - \n
Mentor, supervise, and support OB/GYN providers and clinical staff
\n - \n
Lead peer review, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives
\n

Provide prenatal, postpartum, gynecologic, and family planning services
\n - \n
Perform routine and high-risk OB/GYN procedures as needed
\n - \n
Expected patient volume: 16-18 patients per day
\n - \n
Participate in on-call coverage and occasional weekend needs
\n

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements
\n - \n
Support documentation standards, chart reviews, and accreditation readiness
\n - \n
Participate in risk management and patient safety initiatives
\n

- \n
Collaborate with leadership to improve access, patient flow, and service delivery
\n - \n
Support recruitment, onboarding, and evaluation of OB/GYN staff
\n - \n
Contribute to strategic planning and service expansion
\n

MD or DO from an accredited medical school

Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Active, unrestricted medical license (NY State)

DEA registration

Minimum 5 years of clinical OB/GYN experience with leadership background

Hospital privileges or ability to obtain them
\n
Outpatient clinic setting with some evening, weekend, and on-call responsibilities. Travel between sites may be required. Lead OBGYN
