Compensation: $20–$40/hour + gratuity, commission, and bonus potential

Availability: Must be available on weekends

About the Role
We’re seeking a warm, organized, and polished Client Coordinator to join our front desk team. This role is essential in creating a seamless and elevated client experience—from the first “hello” to the final farewell.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and manage daily appointment flow
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
• Assist with patient intake and maintain accurate records
• Support the clinical team with daily operational needs
• Keep front desk, lobby, and treatment areas clean, organized, and client-ready

Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• A professional and polished presence
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a spa, salon, or medical aesthetics setting is a plus
• Familiarity with scheduling or EMR software preferred
