Foreign Trade Analyst

Job Summary As the Foreign Trade Analyst, you will manage daily customs operations, import/export, on‑time delivery activities, and procedures to ensure compliance with Customs and Border Protection and Foreign Trade Zone Board policies. You will also support day‑to‑day logistics operations of the facility through collaboration with the shipping and receiving teams. Responsibilities Coordinate procedures across functions for import and export management to ensure compliant shipments and foster customer service. Monitor special programs of import/export accounts; assist in obtaining and preparing all necessary documentation. File daily/weekly/annual reports to Customs and Border Protection regarding FTZ entries from the facility into US Commerce. Perform daily compliance and process review audits to maintain inventory integrity and accuracy. Serve with IPSD Global Supply Chain team to ensure timely clearance of inbound international shipments and timely filings by freight forwarders. Act as site SME on import/export requirements and attend annual training with the North American Foreign Trade Zone trade association to remain current with policies. Work Set‑up: Requires onsite work five days a week. Qualifications U.S. Citizen. Understanding of customs and international trade regulations. Knowledge of import/export processes and tools. Logistics and supply chain management experience. Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills. Ability to transport materials and goods efficiently. Compensation Summary Pay Range: $89,210.00 – $133,810.00. Compensation and benefits may vary depending on factors such as job level, market location, and experience.
