Location: Cheyenne, WY Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Setting: Outpatient
Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- Clinic Hours: 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- Flexible Full-Time or Part-Time schedule
- No evenings, weekends, or on-call
Job Summary
We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a busy outpatient rehabilitation clinic treating pediatric and orthopedic patients. Working under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will provide hands-on therapy, implement individualized treatment plans, educate patients and families, and help patients improve their functional independence.

- Pediatrics
- Orthopedic Rehabilitation
- Upper Extremity & Hand Therapy
Key Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist.
- Provide one-on-one occupational therapy treatments.
- Manage approximately 50-60 patient visits per week.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current or eligible Wyoming COTA license/certification.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Interest or experience in Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Upper Extremity, or Hand Therapy.
