Position: Production Manager Location: Montgomeryville, PA Pay Rate: $65,000-75,000/yr (Based on experience) Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We're actively seeking a dynamic and motivated Production Manager to join our team in Montgomeryville, PA! Job Description:- The Production Manager oversees daily manufacturing operations, ensuring products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, continuous improvement skills, and a hands-on approach to support a growing production team.
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations
- Ensure products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Lead and support a production team currently consisting of 20 employees
- Apply strong leadership and problem-solving skills to drive workforce performance
- Drive continuous improvement efforts to optimize production processes
- Maintain a hands-on approach in daily operations
- Monday - Friday
- 6 AM - 2:30 PM
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and production planning software
- Knowledge of ODOO is a plus
