Pay Rate: $65,000-75,000/yr (Based on experience)

Job Description:

• The Production Manager oversees daily manufacturing operations, ensuring products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, continuous improvement skills, and a hands-on approach to support a growing production team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations
• Ensure products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Lead and support a production team currently consisting of 20 employees
• Apply strong leadership and problem-solving skills to drive workforce performance
• Drive continuous improvement efforts to optimize production processes
• Maintain a hands-on approach in daily operations

Shift/Hours:

• Monday - Friday
• 6 AM - 2:30 PM

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and production planning software
• Knowledge of ODOO is a plus
