Assistant Community Manager - Leasing & Operations Lead

Valiant Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager who works closely with the Community Manager to ensure smooth property operation and acts in their absence. The role assists leasing, marketing and resident relations while maintaining accurate financial records. Youll support advertising, show units, screen applicants, update records in Yardi, process applications and deposits, and help with renewals.
