Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency nursing and possess essential certifications to provide high-quality patient care.

Shift Details

Shift: Mids (2 PM - 2 AM)

No on-call responsibilities

No floating required

No block scheduling

Maximum allowed time off (RTO): 3 shifts

RTO blackout dates: Weekend after Thanksgiving, week of Christmas, and New Year

Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a patient-to-nurse ratio of 4:1, unless in fast track or triage situations.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to assess and meet the needs of patients.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) system, MedHost, for patient documentation.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.

Qualifications

• Current RN license valid in the State of Texas.
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC (AHA or ARC).
• Experience in standard emergency nursing practices.
• Ultrasound IV skills preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience required.

Scrubs: Any solid color.
