We invite you to be part of our dynamic team.* **Pay:** Starts at $20/hour + $4,000 sign on bonus* **Schedule & Shift:** Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours); 4:30am-2:30pm or 4:45AM-2:45PM**THE DAY TO DAY...*** Safe operation of machines and tools* Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles* Work as part of a team having responsibility for painting outdoor power equipment* Paint parts in accordance to the specifications* Handles raw materials and/or parts and places in designated location* Operates equipment needed to perform the job* Strict adherence to standard work* Assist team members in other areas if needed to meet daily production goals* Completes operator preventative maintenance on equipment* Ability to problem solve effectively* Ability to communicate**THE QUALIFICATIONS...*** Ability to stand and/or walk for 8+ hours a day* Must be able to use hands to position parts in place* Able to lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies* Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment* Ability to work as part of a team* Desire for personal development and growth* Must complete respirator questionnaireApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.## ***About AriensCo***Since 1933, the AriensCo name has been associated with reliable, durably crafted, high-performance outdoor power equipment.
