Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant: Collaborative Rehab

WeCare Centers in Herkimer, NY is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. The role collaborates with the OT to design and implement patient-centered rehab plans and to support residents in daily activities and functional independence.

You will coordinate with the rehab team and follow the OTR/L guidance to select appropriate activities, document progress, and educate residents and families on home exercise programs and equipment use.
