Job Title: Patient Access Representative



Location: Mount Pleasant, SC



Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM | Onsite

Job Summary:

• Handle patient registration, demographics, insurance, charges, and collections.

• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments accurately.

• Work with EPIC/EMR systems and patient records.

• Provide excellent customer service in a healthcare setting.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED.

• 1+ year of healthcare experience.

• EPIC experience required.

• OnBase experience highly preferred.

• Strong customer service and computer skills.

• Scrubs or business professional attire.
