Job Description Job Description Electrical Assembler / Wireman
We are currently hiring Electrical Assemblers to join our clients production team in Pasadena, TX. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on electrical assembly experience who can read schematics, wire control panels, and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
The Electrical Assembler will support the assembly, wiring, and build-out of custom electrical panels, switchgear, power distribution equipment, and related electrical systems.
Responsibilities
Assemble and wire electrical panels, control panels, switch racks, tap boxes, skids, and related equipment
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and bills of material
Perform point-to-point wiring, routing, labeling, crimping, and termination of wires
Install electrical components including breakers, relays, fuses, terminal blocks, switches, and other panel components
Use hand tools, power tools, meters, crimpers, wire strippers, and basic shop equipment
Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy, neatness, and proper wiring connections
Assist with troubleshooting, testing, and correcting wiring or assembly issues as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
Previous electrical assembly, panel wiring, or wireman experience preferred
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Experience with control panels, switchgear, power distribution, or industrial electrical equipment is a plus
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a manufacturing environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Electrical panel building
Switchgear or power distribution assembly
UL panel shop experience
Conduit bending
Soldering
High-voltage or low-voltage electrical assembly
Mechanical assembly experience
Schedule
Full-time position
Day shift available
Overtime may be available based on production needs
Pay
$18.00 – $30.00 per hour, depending on experience
$1,200 per week
