Schedule & Compensation Highlights

• Competitive hourly pay: $28.00 – $36.00 per hour , based on experience
• Shift differentials available for evenings and nights
• 12-hour shift options (3 shifts per week available)
• Flexible scheduling, including weekend-only or no-weekend options
• Manageable patient ratios

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Accurately document care and observations using PointClickCare
• Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes
• Assist with emergency situations in a calm, timely, and professional manner
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, respiratory therapists, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Support a person-centered approach that respects resident dignity and preferences

Qualifications & Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania LPN License in good standing
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to remain effective during high-acuity or emergency situations
• Ability to perform physical job duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds
• Commitment to high-quality, resident-centered nursing care
