Retention Specialist

Yelp is seeking an Inbound Sales Retention Specialist to support, consult, and retain small business advertisers. This full-time remote role requires residing in the Western United States (Mountain or Pacific Time Zones) and a Saturday-Wednesday shift schedule. You will help strengthen revenue retention, log into an inbound phone queue, and demonstrate the value of Yelp advertising through performance metrics, while meeting monthly goals in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
