You will

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, panels, and plant equipment.
• Use mechanical know-how to isolate issues and implement durable fixes.
• Program, adjust, and maintain PLCs to stabilize and improve performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to drive safe, efficient operations.
• Document maintenance and repair activities with accuracy.
• Model safe behaviors and help train junior staff and apprentices.

You have

• Proven experience as an electrician (manufacturing environment preferred).
• Strong electrical troubleshooting ability and meticulous attention to detail.
• Mechanical troubleshooting capability across varied equipment.
• Hands-on PLC programming and maintenance experience.
• Ability to work independently and contribute within a team.
• Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Relevant electrical certifications or licenses (nice to have).

Schedule, shifts, and physical realities

• Overtime, weekend, and holiday work as the schedule requires.
• Comfort with rotating shifts.
• Operate safely and communicate effectively whether solo or with a team.
• Role is considered heavy under the Dictionary of Occupational Titles and involves lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, climbing, shoveling, walking, prying, working on/near moving equipment, and performing job-specific tasks as assigned.
• Strong critical thinking and comprehension skills.
