Our hospice center serves a diverse population of patients with varying mental health needs, including those facing terminal illnesses, chronic pain, and psychosocial challenges. You will work closely with patients and their families, offering support tailored to their unique experiences and emotional states. Your role is critical in helping them navigate the complexities of end-of-life care, promoting peace and acceptance.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- Active Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMSW) license in the state of Pennsylvania. \n

- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities, especially in high-pressure situations. \n
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the mental health field. \n
Candidates with at least two years of experience in a mental health setting, particularly those with experience in hospice, palliative care, or working with patients experiencing grief and loss, will be favored.
