Sales AdministratorThe Sales Administrator provides expertise across the company's sales operations. He/She is responsible for development and maintenance of RFI and RFP content, and RFI completion. He/She drafts and coordinates all customer Quarterly Business Review content and presentations. This position works with sales on process improvement and automation. He/She provides sales analysis and reporting to sales and management as required. The Sales Administrator organizes and assigns leads and sales campaigns in CRM.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesDevelops and maintains a repository of RFI contentFacilitates the completion of all RFI'sCoordinates Quarterly Business Review (QBR) contentCompletes all QBR Draft's for presentation to sales personsRegularly meets with sales persons and account managers to identify areas of improvement, such as automating non-selling tasksCollaborates with the Marketing Coordinator to provide sales analysis and reporting on the results of marketing campaigns and sales pipeline effortsTake ownership of CRM and Lead Generation within Zoom Info from both a functional and training perspectiveOwns the administration and continued improvement of the CRMValidates, documents, and archives all customer procedures within the CRMWorks with sales persons and account managers to assure that all customer procedures are followedValidates and works with account managers to assure all customer profiles are correctly updated within the TMSFacilitates any rollout communication to sales from other departments via periodic sales meetingsMaintains customer sales meeting calendarOrganizes material for sales meetingsFollows company strategy for identifying and pulling leads from lead generation applicationsOrganizes, assigns, and reassigns leads in CRMWith help of the sales team, maintains an organized and focused CRM pipelineOrganizes reports on pipeline metrics; leads, prospects and conversion counts and ratios, valuation of pipeline, quote tracker and award tracker resultsAudits and manages the sales data base for "locations" in the TMSAd-hoc projects and duties as assigned by managerQualificationsMinimum of 3 years working in sales support and CRM applications requiredMinimum of 1 year experience in creating and maintaining sales proposals (ex: proposal writing) required.Demonstrated computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Canva and data entry systems required.Minimum of one year of utilizing CRMExcellent interpersonal and communication skills required.Experience in engaging with customers and industry influencers required.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines required.Demonstrated knowledge of transportation industry rules and regulations preferred.Bachelor's DegreeTravel less than 15% required.
