We are seeking an experienced Co-Teacher or assistants who understands that infants & toddlers rely completely on the adults around them — and who honors that responsibility with attentiveness, warmth, and consistency. This is not daycare -- rather a Private Preschool, where early childhood education is delivered with discipline and heart. Our top priority is delivering a great experience for children, their families, and the broader community. The Role -- As a Co-Teacher or Assistant, you will contribute to a calm, responsive, and developmentally rich classroom environment. You will: Follow individualized feeding, sleep, and care schedules with precision -Infants Only Build secure attachments through attuned, responsive interaction Assistant with observation and documentation of developmental milestones Communicate proactively and clearly with families each day Maintain exceptional sanitation and safety standards Deliver Primrose’s exclusive Balanced Learning® curriculum through age-appropriate engagement Support the classroom with emotional steadiness and a consistent presence - Strong attendance & reliability is critical for our children.
