Inventory Support Specialist Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.00 to $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:00am )

• Maintain clean, organized, and clearly labeled shelves throughout all departments.
• Accurately stock incoming inventory and ensure products are put away the same day.
• Prepare assigned departments for scheduled cycle counts on a rotating daily basis.
• Assist with relabeling projects and part-description audit initiatives.
• Support the receiving process by checking in large orders, breaking down pallets, and staging inventory.
• Pull parts from secured inventory cages while maintaining organization and security standards.
• Assist with inventory reorganization projects.
• Proactively pull products for production/line needs and anticipate inventory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Inventory Support Specialist Qualifications:

• Previous inventory, warehouse, receiving, or stockroom experience.
• Experience with cycle counting and inventory audits.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to follow structured processes and workflows.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate inventory management systems.
• Ability to lift and move 30-50 pounds regularly.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
