Senior Conversational UX Architect

United Airlines is seeking a Conversation Designer to shape the UX of our customer-facing automated channels across voice, digital chat, and messaging. You will craft multi-turn dialogue flows, map complex policies into simple interactions, and ensure consistent brand voice throughout all automated touchpoints.
