Job Title: Remote Speech Language Pathologist Pay Range: $47-52/hour Job Description Remote Speech-Language Pathologist | Up to $52/hour | Remote, North Carolina | Part-Time | 2026-2027 School Year Position Details Up to 12 hrs/week - for 2026-2027 School Year FULLY REMOTE About the Role You’ll support students by providing speech and language services that directly impact communication and learning. Why Join Us Competitive pay (Up to $54/hour) W-2 employment with liability insurance included Healthcare benefits* + 401(k) with company match Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses What You’ll Do Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed What We’re Looking For Licensure from NCBOESLPA as an SLP Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders Strong communication and collaboration skills School-based experience preferred, not required About Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
