A full service fluid power engineering, manufacturing and service facility in the Detroit area is seeking a Shop Manager. The shop specializes in hydraulic repair. The Shop Manager will be responsible for scheduling jobs - coordinate timing with the build process and customer visits, troubleshooting test issues, ensure employees are following proper processes, and equipment calibration (monitor equipment and order calibrations per the schedule).
