Patient Service Representative (PSR) | Full-Time | Behavioral Health | Southlake, TX

We're hiring a dependable, flexible, full-time Patient Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our Southlake clinic and a key support to both patients and providers. Location Based at our Southlake office, with occasional day coverage at other DFW locations as needed. Mileage reimbursement is provided for all travel between other locations. What You'll Do Greet patients and visitors as their warm, professional first point of contact Schedule appointments, manage phone calls, and maintain accurate, confidential records Support providers, clinical staff, and leadership with front-desk and administrative tasks Help create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment alongside our clinical team Assist with specialized behavioral health services after in-house training, under physician supervision We invest in your growth with hands-on training in advanced behavioral health services, all under physician supervision: Urine drug screen (UDS) collection and processing This is a chance to gain experience with cutting-edge depression treatments and build a long-term career in healthcare. Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Some scheduling flexibility based on practice needs if traveling/coverage is needed What We're Looking For Experience with appointment scheduling and strong phone etiquette Knowledge of medical terminology and medical office operations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced setting Healthcare or customer service experience is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; medical office administration certification is a plus Valid driver's license required Must pass a comprehensive drug screen and background check Professional references required with application $18-$20/hour, based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays Mileage reimbursement for travel between locations Supportive, collaborative team culture Long-term growth opportunities in behavioral healthcare #J-18808-Ljbffr Prime Psychiatry
