Patient Experience & Operations Coordinator at JENNVIE MED SPA Job Description JENNVIE MED SPA is seeking an exceptional individual to become the face of our boutique luxury medical spa. This is more than a front desk position. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering an outstanding patient experience while helping our practice grow. The ideal candidate is polished, organized, proactive, and genuinely enjoys building relationships with clients. What You'll Do Welcome every client with warmth and professionalism. Manage scheduling, phone calls, text messages, and email communication. Coordinate consultations, appointment confirmations, recalls, and client follow-up. Help convert inquiries into booked appointments through exceptional customer service. Process payments and assist with memberships and retail recommendations. Maintain an organized, beautiful front office and treatment environment. Coordinate inventory, supplies, and daily office operations. Support practice growth through community outreach, events, referrals, and exceptional client care. Work closely with the owner to continually improve the patient experience. We're Looking For Someone Who: Has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Is highly organized and proactive. Thrives in a fast-paced, luxury environment. Loves aesthetics, wellness, beauty, and exceptional customer service. Is dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow professionally. Takes initiative and solves problems without waiting to be asked. Preferred Experience Medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, cosmetic dentistry, medical office, luxury retail, or high-end hospitality. Sales or client relationship experience is a strong plus. Position Details Part-time with the opportunity to become full-time. Competitive hourly pay based on experience, plus performance incentives.
