Hadoop Developer/Lead with Cognos

Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, => Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionAt least 4 years of experience in technology, enterprise and solutions development and frameworksMinimum of 4 years’ experience with developing complex reports and dashboard applications in large, global organizations on a variety of BI platforms in Cognos.Experience & awareness of nuances on Cognos reports Migration..At least 4 years of experience in developing using J2EE technologies including Java, Spring, Hibernate, AngularJS.Good knowledge of NoSQL Big Data technologies like MongoDB, Cassandra, Couchbase etc.At least 4 years of experience in determining database structural requirements by analyzing client operations, applications, and programming; reviewing objectives with clients; evaluating current systems;Hands on experience on Mongo, Elastic Search and related technologies.Proficient in Java development environment and tools like Git, Eclipse, Jenkins.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 4 years of experience with Hadoop.At least 4 years of experience with Cognos, and other BI reporting toolsExcellent knowledge and hands-on experience with Cognos Framework Manager, Report Studio, Query Studio, Cognos Connection.Additional Information** U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
