Now hiring for a Gate Welding Associate in Lowell, AR. Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour. Schedule: 7am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. Job Duties:

• Building gates for a fencing company
• Welding metal gate frames together
• Stretching chain link fencing over a gate frame and connecting
• May require some heavy lifting
• Helping pull orders in the warehouse when no gates are being built

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Ability to learn new processes, procedures, equipment, or software as required
• Previous welding experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a related industry or similar position is preferred
• Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused, manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, or professional environments is beneficial depending on the assignment
• Relevant certifications, technical training, or specialized skills are considered an asset
• Individuals who demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are well positioned for success as a Welding Associate

Physical requirements vary by assignment and will be discussed during the hiring process. Candidates should be able to safely perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
