Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown

Provide high-quality patient care in a Stepdown setting
Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes as necessary
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Document patient progress and care plans accurately

Requirements of the RN - Stepdown

Current RN license in Louisiana
BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Stepdown or similar acute care setting
