Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated care team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, supporting positive patient outcomes, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility standards
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care
• Support residents and families with professionalism, compassion, and clear communication
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Experience in skilled nursing or acute care preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to providing patient-centered care
