As a To-Go Specialist, you’ll play a key Front of House role, ensuring every off-premise order is prepared with the same care, accuracy, and hospitality as in-restaurant dining. Never worked in a restaurant before but have a passion for learning more? It will be our pleasure to start you in a role where you can train and develop skillsets to become a hospitality expert! Responsibilities What You’ll Do Deliver warm, attentive hospitality with every guest interaction. Greet guests promptly and provide a seamless pickup experience. Listen carefully and communicate clearly to ensure order accuracy. Prepare, review, and confirm orders to ensure they meet guest expectations before pickup. Accurately enter orders and process payments using the POS system. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked To-Go area. Communicate with guests by phone in a professional, friendly manner. Resolve order concerns quickly and involve leadership when needed. Ensure every guest leaves feeling appreciated and well taken care of. Work collaboratively with the Front of House team to support smooth service. What’s In It For You Flexible schedules!
