As an Inside Sales & Customer Support Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in connecting with our customers and ensuring their needs are met with speed and precision. Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Sales Support : Assist with inside sales activities, including processing orders, answering inquiries, and following up on leads.
• Problem-Solving : Address customer concerns and troubleshoot issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaboration : Work closely with our sales, production, and service teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient support.
• Product Knowledge : Stay up to date on our equipment to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
