General Dentist (GP) – Dansville, NY

Our well-established private practice in Dansville, NY is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our team at A Smile By Design. Schedule

• Full-time schedule (hours to be discussed)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat dental conditions using evidence-based practices
• Perform comprehensive general dentistry procedures
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff
• Uphold all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program
• Active New York dental license (or eligibility)
• Strong clinical and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
• New graduates and experienced dentists encouraged to apply

Pay & Compensation

• Competitive compensation with strong earning potential
• Daily guarantee or 30% of collections (whichever is greater) for the first 6 months
• After 6 months:
• • 30% of collections up to $50,000/month
  • 35% of collections over $50,000/month
• $10,000 sign-on / relocation bonus
• $5,000 CE allowance + professional development support
• $3,000 malpractice and annual retention allowance
