Registered Nurse - Greeley, Colorado

Local Pay: $ 52.50/hour

Travel Pay:

Travel Rate (based on 36 hours): Hourly $22.41, Stipend (Lodging $770.00 + M&I $476.00) = $1,246.00,

Total Comp:$2,052.76


Travel Eligibility: Candidates must live at least 50 miles f rom the facility to qualify for Travel Pay.

Shift Details:

• 12 hours

Registered Nurse (RN) Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and document assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies.
• Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical procedures within scope of practice.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and facility policies.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting safety and quality outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current, valid, and unrestricted Colorado license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a RN within the last 3 years
• Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (Healthcare Provider BLS certification; TB screening with negative PPD, QuantiFERON-TB Gold, or T-SPOT results; Hepatitis B Consent/Declination Form; and proof of Rubella, Rubeola, and Varicella vaccination or titers ).
