Resident Manager

The City of Troutdale, Oregon is hiring a full‑time Resident Manager to lead our newly opened Fox Ridge Apartments community (162 units). Fox Ridge opened in April 2024 and features spacious 1‑, 2‑, and 3‑bedroom apartments with luxury finishes. Responsibilities • Greet visitors, provide information about the property, and participate in leasing activities.

• Explain rental agreements and move‑in packages to prospective residents.
• Use Yardi and Tenant Tech to enter data and produce accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Resolve resident issues in a professional and friendly manner.
• Supervise office and maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to company policy and procedures and acting in the best interests of Carla Properties Ltd.
• Perform duties that may vary from site to site based on property requirements and staff size.

Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of prior leasing experience. • Minimum 3 years as a Resident Manager. Compensation & Benefits Monthly salary range: $6,200 – $7,075 plus commissions, DOE.
