Packaging Engineer

Packaging EngineerA client of Insight Global is seeking a Packaging Engineer with a comprehensive understanding of packaging design, materials, equipment, and systems. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading and managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints. They will also have strong vendor management and communication skills, as the role requires coordinating with external partners to source materials and services. Laboratory and manufacturing experience are crucial, providing hands-on expertise in testing and validating packaging solutions. Additionally, the candidate should have a background in packaging discovery, staying aware of industry trends and innovations. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education but will vary from $25-$32/hr. Benefit packages while on contract for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
