Your expertise and dedication to promoting relaxation and well-being will contribute to the overall success of our spa and hotel.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide massages, body treatments, and specialized techniques at a luxury level, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience.Customize treatments based on individual client needs and preferences.Ensure guests receive a warm welcome and personalized care throughout their spa visit, with clear communication about treatments.Maintain a thorough understanding of different massage modalities and their benefits to provide recommendations to guests.Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.QualificationsMust hold a valid Texas State massage therapist license.1+ years of experience working in a spa environment; experience in high‑end/luxury spas is a plus.Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.Strong knowledge and proficiency in multiple modalities: massage techniques (deep tissue, Swedish, etc.)Flexible availability: weekends required, holidays.
