About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Access Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing executive leadership and oversight of enterprise access operations, with a focus on referral management, continuity of care, centralized scheduling, contact center services, and diagnostic access functions. This role involves developing and executing strategies to enhance patient access, operational performance, care coordination, and service delivery across the health system. The Executive Director will lead large-scale operational teams, drive initiatives to improve patient flow, referral conversion, and scheduling efficiency, and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements. Candidates for the Executive Director position must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 10 years of experience, and a proven track record in strategic alignment, financial management, resource management, and team leadership. The role requires a leader with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams, manage complex projects, and ensure successful project delivery. Strong communication skills, the ability to influence others, and a commitment to a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and service excellence are essential. The Executive Director will also be responsible for overseeing departmental budgets, resource allocation, and workforce planning activities, as well as partnering with various leaders to support organizational priorities.
