Cath Lab Tech (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)

Assist physicians and Cath Lab personnel in conducting diagnostic tests and procedures and operate advanced medical equipment to capture crucial images and data of the heart and blood vessels.

Minimum Qualifications

• ARRT certification as a Radiologic Technologist required.
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience in a hospital setting required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required. American Heart Association credentials preferred.
• State licensure as required for practice in Florida.
• Experience with invasive cardiac procedures and imaging equipment typical to a cardiac catheterization lab.
• Ability to float to other hospital campuses as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience at an acute care hospital with a cardiac program.
• Familiarity with scrub color protocols and secure parking/shift logistics in larger hospital campuses.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0700-1900.
• Shift name: Days.
• May be required to float to other campus units, including psych/rehab satellite locations.
