Electrophysiology Technologist

This position is located in Washington State.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift: 4x10 Days (07:00 - 17:30) with variable days off.

The Electrophysiology Technologist provides support for patients undergoing diagnostic electrophysiology and ablation procedures, including the implantation of coronary devices such as pacemakers and ICDs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implantation of pacemakers, ICDs, loop recorders, and conduct emergency procedures as needed.
• Perform mapping and ablation for various cardiac arrhythmias including AFib and VT.
• Utilize advanced technologies such as Biosense Webster CARTO and Abbott Precision mapping systems.
• Monitor patients during procedures, ensuring sterile environments and compliance with safety protocols.
• Support device management, including IABP and Impella devices.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an electrophysiology technologist.
• Must hold ARRT Radiology certification or CCI RCIS certification.
• Washington State Radiology Tech License or Washington State Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist License is required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience with EPIC charting system is required.
