About The Role

Full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk, Patient Care Coordinator.

This position is the first impression and the final handshake of the practice! We are seeking a team member who is warm, enthusiastic, service-oriented, and willing to learn and grow with us. You must be comfortable setting the tone of patient visits and interactions, and maintaining a positive customer service experience.

What You'll Do

- Oversee day-to-day administrative responsibilities typical to a general dental practice

- Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional, and upbeat demeanor

- Manage a multi-line phone system — scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling appointments

- Verify dental insurance benefits and handle billing inquiries

- Collect co-pays, process payments, and manage end-of-day reconciliation

- Maintain accurate patient records in our practice management software

- Coordinate seamlessly with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow

- Manage correspondence including emails, voicemails, and appointment reminders

- Keep the front desk and reception area organized and welcoming at all times

- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

- 1–2 years of front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience (dental or medical office experience strongly preferred)

- Familiarity with dental/medical practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar a plus)

- Working knowledge of dental insurance and billing processes preferred

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills

- Experience with phone, email, and texting communication

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus
