We're looking for reliable, motivated individuals who enjoy working with children and want hands-on experience in behavioral health. We'll support your development with paid training, clinical guidance, and mentorship throughout your journey. You'll provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities, helping them work toward individualized goals involving communication, social interaction, behavior, and everyday independence. What is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)? Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based approach that helps children with autism and other developmental disabilities learn meaningful skills that support greater independence in their everyday lives. Through personalized, engaging sessions, Behavior Technicians work one-on-one with children to strengthen communication, social, play, coping, and daily living skills. Using positive reinforcement and individualized strategies, they also help children develop safer and more effective ways to navigate challenging behaviors. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in: Psychology Child Development Education Social Work Behavioral Health Special Education Speech or Occupational Therapy Nursing and Healthcare What You'll Do As a Behavior Technician, you will: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills Help reduce challenging behaviors using positive, evidence-based strategies Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation Collaborate with supervising clinicians to support client progress Communicate professionally with families and caregivers Attend ongoing training and team meetings Typical Sessions: 2-5 hours per session Children primarily ages 3–17 years Afternoon and evening schedules What We Offer Paid RBT Training Paid Clinical Training Paid Mileage & Drive Time Cell Phone Allowance IRA Retirement Plan Flexible Scheduling Paid Sick Time Annual Performance Reviews & Merit Increases Ongoing Clinical Support & Mentorship Career Advancement Opportunities What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree preferred) Experience working with children is a plus, but not required Available a minimum of 15 hours per week Afternoon/evening availability between 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance and registration Willing to travel up to 25 miles from your home for client sessions Strong communication, professionalism, and organizational skills Comfortable learning data collection and behavior intervention techniques Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
