Finance Analyst

Responsible for performing day-to-day financial operations, supporting budgeting and analysis, and related accounts receiving functions. This role bridges Finance, and Accounting, by maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. The position supports the Finance & Accounting Manager. Critical Thinking, Reading Comprehension, Writing, Speaking, Active Listening, Complex Problem Solving, Judgment & Decision Making, Mathematics, Active Learning, Monitoring, Reporting Skills, Informing Others, Financial Skills, Forecasting, Corporate Finance, Financial Diagnosis, Financial Software, Analyzing Information, Statistical Analysis, Process Improvement, Financial Planning and Strategy, FASB / GAAP Accounting Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field, OR equivalent work experience. 2-5 years of work experience in the accounting/financial reporting areas Knowledge applicable financial Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and accounting Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet Excellent communication and problem-solving Ability to support multiple financial functions and adapt to shifting The ability to handle complex source selection and negotiate situations is preferred Able to obtain and maintain base access Must be able to communicate, orally and in writing, in English.
