Self Directed Employee (SDE)

A person in Vernon, NJ is looking for a Self Directed Employee (SDE) with experience as an LPN to assist them and be a companion for a variety of fun activities that include, but are not limited to getting out into the local community, being out in nature, and being part of a book club. The other part of this role would be to assist the person with Everyday tasks such as; assisting with medication, using their GI tube, and assisting with the bathroom. The Ideal Self Directed Employee (SDE) is to report to the individual and would be someone who is community minded and understands person centered supports. The Self Directed Employee (SDE) would also have experience as an LPN, which is a must for this position. The SDE should also be comfortable lifting the individual as part of their role.
