Account Executive - TX, LA, OK, KS, AR

Becton Dickinson seeks an Account Executive to develop and close new business relationships with targeted accounts across Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Arkansas. The role combines strategic account planning, solution selling, and contract negotiation within the medical technology sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor sales targets for assigned accounts
- Create compelling business cases and ROI presentations to senior executives
- Act as liaison between targeted accounts and cross-functional internal teams
- Negotiate contracts and close new business agreements
- Develop and maintain strategic account plans for top accounts with short, mid, and long-term goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- Proven new account development experience in complex sales environments
- CRM software and Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with business acumen
- Ability to engage with C-level executives (CEO, CFO, CMO, CIO, business owners)
- Valid driver's license with 3+ years consecutive driving history
- 5+ years targeted new account development experience desired
